True Health Ledger

About

A Boston desk, not a cart

True Health Ledger is a reading desk: labeled milligrams, first holds, and named reviewers. We do not fill a bottle.

Why the desk exists

People meet a tablet at a bad hour - a new label, a midnight search, a leftover blister. This desk is the second read. We ink the hold first, then the labeled milligram this site locked. We do not sell drugs, rank windows, or take manufacturer money.

What sits on the ledger

Twelve medicines, twelve study files. Each formulary line gets a THL code, a locked labeled option, a fill table that names licensed US counters, and a 1000-word clinic thread. Each study file takes a different angle from its matching line - trials, resistance, taper math - plus named-reader mail.

Enter, annotate, stamp, close

Every medicine follows those four marks. Section order still shuffles by slug so two lines do not share a skeleton. Opening and closing stay pinned so the hold does not wander off the page.

Who stamps

Amara Okoro covers parasites and antibacterials. Liam Hartwell covers PDE5 and finasteride. Priya Nair covers the rest. Their names stay on the page. A stamp is teaching, not your chart.

Sources

Current FDA label, WHO monographs, peer-reviewed trials. Outbound links to FDA, MedlinePlus, CDC, WHO carry nofollow. When the live label and this page disagree, the label wins.

True Health Ledger

Twelve medicines, read the way a pharmacist reads a label.

Referenced drug notes, a research journal, and three specialists who answer the questions readers actually send.
